Ordering and delivery

Will anything be shipped to me?

No. Every product is a digital download, so nothing physical is mailed.

How do I get my files?

Right after checkout you'll receive an email with your download links. You can also download them from your order confirmation page.

I didn't get my email. What now?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn't there, contact us with your order number and we'll resend it.

Editing and software

What do I need to edit my templates?

Canva templates work with a free Canva account. Spreadsheets open in Google Sheets (free) or Microsoft Excel. iPad planners work in GoodNotes, Notability and similar apps.

Can I change the text, fonts and colors?

Yes. Wording, fonts and colors are fully editable, so you can match your wedding style.

Can I edit on my phone?

Canva and Google Sheets both have mobile apps, but a computer or tablet makes editing easier.

Printing

Can I print at home?

Yes. Templates come in standard sizes such as US Letter, A4, 5x7 and large sign sizes for print shops.

Where should I print large signs?

Any local print shop or online printing service can print seating charts and welcome signs on foam board, cardstock or vinyl.

Refunds and use

Can I get a refund?

Because files are delivered instantly, all sales are final. If a file is faulty or you can't access it, contact us and we'll make it right.

Can I share or resell the templates?

Templates are for personal use for your own wedding. Please don't share, resell or redistribute them.
